FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (F.A.Q.'s)
Q. Can I pick up my tickets the night before my flight, I don’t
want to be delayed in the morning as my flight leaves early...
A. Tickets are delivered to the airport the night prior,
therefore will not be at the counter for you to pick up the night before. The Conquest Vacations Representative will be at the airport at
least three hours prior to the scheduled departure time of our flights.
It is really a simple process to pick up your tickets, you just need to
show the rep ID and she will release the documentation to you.
Q. Where do I pick up my tickets?
A. Please Note: Any Conquest Vacations counter is open a minimum
of three hours prior to all scheduled flight departures.
In Toronto there
is a Conquest Counter located on the departures level of
Terminal 3. Enter the doors at the first crosswalk, the counter is
inside on the right. In Terminal 1, we are located at N15.
In Halifax:
Enter the first set of doors at the turn and go to the right. The
Conquest counter is on the right across from Skyservice check-in.
In
Vancouver: Domestic flights, Level 3 of the domestic terminal building. Our counter is
beside the Skyservice check- in counter (Line 11). International
flights, Level 3 of the International terminal building, our
counter is right beside the KLM ticket purchase counter.
Transborder flights, Level 3 of the International terminal building, our counter
is located in front of the connecting baggage carrousel & next to the
hotel entrance on the US departure side.
In Edmonton for
Domestic, Cancun and Varadero flights, the counter is on
the extreme north end of the north (old) terminal. For Las Vegas, you check-in
at the extreme south end of the south (new) terminal.
In Calgary
at the International or domestic desk, located in Departure area D.
Q. Do I need a paper ticket when flying within Canada or to the
United States?
A. Currently Conquest Vacations does not issue paper tickets for
passengers travelling on our domestic flights or our flights to the
United States. Passengers who have booked packages to the United States
will receive hotel vouchers. Your travel agent can
provide you with a fax copy of your flight information that you can show
the check-in agent. If you are unable to receive a fax,
the Conquest Vacations representative at the airport will be able to
print a copy for you.
