In the booking process we are using the "session cookies", to be able to remember all the choices you've made. Your browser MUST have cookies enabled, or you will not be able to proceed selecting flights or packages. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer ver.6 and later, please follow the procedure explained here to set your browser "Privacy" to the correct level. For us to process these bookings, it is necessary for us to collect relevant information about the person making the reservation as well as the passengers. The name, complete mailing address, including email, as well as two contact phone numbers are required for the person making the reservation. In addition we will require a credit card number and expiry date in order to confirm the reservation for used or unused travel arrangements as laid out in the Terms and Conditions. For each passenger we require full names and, if they are children, their ages. The financial and personal information collected on this site is not shared with any third parties unless, if we are compelled to do so by law, court order, as requested by government or law enforcement authorities, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of MTA, the airline and Conquest Vacations or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.
